We accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer in advance with deposit receipt provided prior to delivery, mobile Eftpos is available on the truck or we can take Credit Card over the phone. We do not charge a Credit Card surcharge.

Terms are strictly payment prior to, or on delivery with the exception of our pre-approved commercial customers.

All the water we deliver is sourced from a local natural spring on Tamborine mountain. The water is then UV filtered for purity. The water is then stored in a “certified” food grade tank is used for delivery meeting the standards for food grade water set by council.

One load of water is approximately 12000 litres. We cannot purchase or supply half loads.

This is a difficult question and varies largely on the individual circumstances e.g. how many in the household, are long or short showers the custom, top loading washing machine vs a front loader, is water being used for watering gardens or water blasting etc. On average, with the emphasis being on average if your tank is empty and you do not water gardens then a 12,000 litre load of water would last a household of 4 people approximately 4 weeks. As stated this can vary considerably according to individual circumstances and requirements.

During normal periods of demand your delivery will be next day or the following day after that. However during the winter spring dry season we will have a longer waiting list, sometimes in excess of a month.

We strongly recommend our customers book as early as possible before you need the water.

Many long term customers pre-book a cycle. For some that may be every two weeks or even every 8 or 10 weeks. You are most welcome to do this on our smart booking system right here on the website.

This ensures they have a booking in place in the event of a prolonged dry season.

Bookings can always be cancelled without penalty up until just prior to delivery.

Remember you will receive a reminder SMS 24 hours before delivery prompting you to cancel if you need to.

Having control over the day’s work flow means that we can take the most efficient delivery sequence possible for that day. This means that you, the customer benefit from our cost efficiencies because we can maintain reasonable pricing.

Yes provided it is prior to delivery. You will receive a confirmation text 24 hours prior to delivery. All you need to do is reply “please cancel”.

You can also cancel by telephone. There is no penalty for cancellation. We encourage our customers to plan ahead.

If we have a severe rain event we will automatically assume cancellation unless you specifically request otherwise.

Registered customers can easily view the booking calendar and can cancel an existing booking and rebook a free space on a future date.

For operational purposes not all available spaces are made accessible for online bookings so if you are unable to find the space you need to book then give us a call to see if we can help. If we can’t get there for you we have a list of other alternative suppliers who may be able to help.
